We tried a few programs, but none of them did exactly what we wanted, so we decided to create our own cataloging software, and SpotFile was born.
You can create multiple catalogs, as many as you need; you can add comments that become part of the searchable database, making future searches more efficient; and you can print a list of your archived files. Search for files using a combination of text and creation dates to fine tune the results.
